  • “User” refers to customers, restaurants, delivery partners, or anyone accessing the platform.

  • “Services” refer to food ordering, delivery, and related services provided by Hello Idly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the platform, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

  • Users must provide valid details such as name, phone number, and email.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Hello Idly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for false information or misuse.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment can be made through available payment methods (UPI, Card, COD, etc.).

  • Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible after preparation begins.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Hello Idly is not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds are processed if the order is cancelled before preparation.

  • If food quality issues arise, users must report within a reasonable time.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Abuse, harass, or threaten delivery partners or support staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and trademarks related to Hello Idly are the property of Hello Idly and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hello Idly is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages.

  • Food quality issues caused by restaurant partners.

  • Technical interruptions or downtime.

10. Modifications

Hello Idly reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts.
